Could anyone design a pink and black striped trouser suit for my wedding?

I will be getting married in the next year or so - my boyfriend wants me to wear a striped trouser suit, but I need a designer to make one just for me, as I have neon -pink- hair and I am quite eccentric!! It's definately an Annie Lennox look from sweet dreams - can anyone help? Obviously I'm paying hard cash for this one-off. My boyfriend needs a bowler hat too!! Any ideas?
