Should cats be licensed like dogs? And should cat owners have to follow the same laws as for dogs? Being licensed, leash laws. not allowed to wander the streets. and kept up on shots and booster shots. Something along those lines. It is a big argument where I live in Oregon. I think cat owners should have the same laws applied. Or, you could go with the debate over mandatory spaying and neutering of cats. With exception to breeders. And show cats who must stay intact.
