My best friend's 18th birthday is this weekend help!?

i already know im taking her away fo a weekend for a spa relaxation surprise thing. But she's having a party this weekend. I need a way to inform her we will be doing something on this date without ruining the surprise.. but it also has to be slightly pretty or clevar or something... so it doesn't look like i just didn't get her a gift in time... idas?
