What is the difference between BAC (blood alcohol content) and BAL (blood alcohol level)?

I've called numerous health hotlines and the police state department; either they don't pick-up or they can't provide an answer. I've researched online, both seem to be the same but I want to be sure as this is for a school presentation. Please let me know ASAP!
