Do I need to include my AGI on my wife's (self-employed) quarterly filings?

My wife is self employeed as of June 2008...employed with a company Jan-May. In her quarterly filings, do I need to include my anticipated AGI, or just just hers? uming Married filing jointly. What about for the first 3 months of the year when she was with her previous employer?
