Do you blame Obama or Congress for the great divide in our country?

Personally I blame Conrgess. The President tried to reach out and be bi-partisan. Had he not, he would've forced the healthcare bill through right away instead of it stalling for so long. I think both Dems and Republicans in congress are guilty of not cooperating with President Obama or each other. I feel like they have caused much of the division. Instead of sending a message to the American people of "here's what we gotta do, let's come together and get it done" it's "I win, or nobody wins". What do you think?
