What causes right side to center chest pain in a female?

Hey all i have been having pains in my chest on and off for the last few weeks. It usually doesnt come with a lot of other pains. it is typically right side above my towards the center. or the left side in my area. I do not have a gall bladder. and do not think it is reflux. I have called primary care and they want me to go to ER because my dr is out of the country..yadda yadda yadda. When you have a $5000 deductable you kind of hold off. i would rather pay dr copay since im sure to have many follow ups if it is serious. Thanks for the ideas? im pushing to see the dr this week because it is old! plus i am over weight and i know that is a huge risk factor.
