Why do people suck at driving in Atlanta, GA, and why do pedestrians suck at crossing the road in Atlanta, GA?

Try driving in M. We have 5 states converging on our highways. Rhode Islanders are the worst ones,,followed by New Hampshire people, New Yorkers, Conneticut people, Vermont, backwards es from Maine. Im wondering myself why does everyone converge on Machusetts. Cant they stay in their own backyards.
