Parents anniversary??

so its my parents anniversary in a couple of days and me (15) and my brother(11) were planning on making them a 4 course fancy meal sorta thing like and appetizer a salad a main course and a desert and i was going to buy all the food and everything we need and i was wondering what some good recipes would be that aren't the ingredients aren't very expensive to buy ($75-$100 budget)???
